4. Check the pulley of the elevator. Check whether the wear at the bottom of the groove exceeds the standard and whether there are cracks in the cast iron pulley. The balance theory of the pulley block is easily overlooked because it does not move under normal circumstances . Therefore, the flexibility of its rotation must be checked before installation, otherwise, the installation cannot be automatically adjusted through the balance wheel, and there will be operational hazards.
5. Check whether the couplings of the elevator are loose or even “rolled”. Focus on checking the bearings and connecting parts with worn parts during operation, and check whether there is wear. For toothed connections, special attention should be paid to the wear of the gear ring. Due to the poor installation accuracy, when there is a large offset between the two bearings, the ring gear will soon wear out in a short period of time. The long-term wear of the bearing connection of the easy-wear parts of the elevator will reduce the stability and durability of the whole machine, and if it is not checked for a long time, it may suddenly break during use and cause danger.
